Michelle Tiet brings her interest and expertise in project management, including overseeing construction and coordinating among clients, architects, engineers and consultants through all phases of the project.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Alex Friedman remembers the joy he felt as a child getting "lost" in the landscape, whether it was playing in his family's large yard, smelling the aroma of a Heritage pepper tree or helping his mother lovingly tend to her garden..

In her role as Chief Financial Officer at Hoffman & Ospina, Doreen Petrella oversees all aspects of the Firm’s fiscal strategy, accounting, financial processing, operational forecasting, human resource management, and IT compliance to ensure the Firm’s continued trajectory of growth from a strong financial foundation.

Julie Petrick provides administrative support to all facets of Hoffman & Ospina's daily operations, including finance and billing, human resources, customer service and general administrative support.
